Carmen D. Rhodes is the Ministry Leader-President and founder of Open Heart Open Hands Ministries, Inc. An ordained Elder with a heart for all people – especially those in need. Carmen is driven to serve the Lord Jesus Christ and loves God with all her heart, mind, and soul. Her passion is to reach out for souls by sharing the gospel and love of Jesus Christ.
Carmen has served as ministry leader of the Feed the Hungry Outreach Ministry, Shekinah Praise Dance Ministry, Sunday School and Vacation Bible School Teacher, served in Benevolence and Missions Departments at New Friendship M. B. Chur
Carmen has served as a Board director for A Taste of Jesus Ministries
Currently A Board Member of Love the Children Ministries
A volunteer and supported Right Start Outreach Food Pantry, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and various other outreaches and ministries.
